hello everyone !! soo this is what i ate today! i show you guys all of my meals, snacks and drinks that i like to have that are healthy and don’t mess up my blood sugars, ya feel ? i hope u enjoyed and got some ideas on what u can GO EAT RIGHT NOW! ✩

low carb salad dressing: 1/2 cup Olive oil 1/4 cup MCT oil (or any oil) 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp Swerve sweetener 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp Water

low carb chia pudding: 2 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp Swerve sweetener (a mix of stevia and erythritol) 1/4 tsp Liquid stevia 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup 1/2 cup Ground Chia
