There is a difference between a healthy lifestyle and a fasting lifestyle.
There’s nothing wrong with a healthy lifestyle, but it doesn’t honor the innate healing capability of the body.
A fasting lifestyle honors that intelligence, and emphasizes doing everything in your power to allow that to flourish.
This involves removing stressors. Emotional, chemical, physical and spiritual stressors all reduce your body’s ability to heal.
Autophagy is a great example of this. So is stem cell stimulation and even a fever!
