Rice Cutlets | Healthy Snacking – Rice Cutlets | No Cornstarch No Maida Rice Cutlets



This Indian snack is a very interesting way to use leftover rice to turn them into tasty and yummy cutlets. Let’s see what all we need apart from leftover rice to make these cutlets :

1 Cup Leftover Rice 2 potatoes Boiled and mashed 1/4 Cup Grated Carrot 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions 1 Tsp Beetroot 1 Green Chilli Chopped 3 TBSP Roasted Gramflour(Besan) 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp cumin powder 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder(Amchur) 3/4 Tsp Salt Fresh Chopped coriander Oil for Shallow frying
